1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DinePluz ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DinePluz provides restaurant management software including point-of-sale billing, kitchen order management, QR menus, and related tools, offered on a subscription basis.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Service is billed per branch per month, plus per captain device. Billing begins after the 14-day free trial. No refunds for partial months. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use DinePluz for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the service, or to attempt unauthorized access to any systems.

6. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of your restaurant data. DinePluz will not sell or share your data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

7. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance.

8. Limitation of Liability

DinePluz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 3 months.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion. You may export your data at any time during active subscription.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
